Mikrobit d.o.o. is private owned company
established in 1992 as a family business. Our major area of business is
development and production of data acquisition equipment.

Our mission is providing the maximum long term benefit and
minimum maintenance costs for our customers, by providing the high-quality,
professionally designed and manufactured, state of the art equipment for
the reasonable price.
Vision
Our vision is to become reliable, high-quality and trustful
supplier of technology for government agencies and other customers, thus
increasing the total benefits to our customers, partners and society.
Mikrobit d.o.o. uses the following strategy

We don't support the corruption and do not offer cheap
or hidden cost solutions only for the purpose of getting the business,

All products and technology we sell, is our own in-house
development.

QLTC-10C,
2 lane, ultra low power inductive loop counter with ability to classify
the vehicles only with inductive loops
QLTC-8C, 2 lane, high-performance inductive loop counter with
ability to classify the vehicles only with inductive loops
WinQLTC,
Maintenance and service software for QLTC-8C/10C devices
QLTCNET
Server – Client/Server Application for automated remote
data collection retrieval and database handling.
Quality policy
Our products are professionally, carefully and robustly
designed, thus providing the maximum long-term benefit and minimum maintenance
costs to our customers. We do not commit to cheap solutions.
We continuously improve the products, especially the firmware-software
by implementing the latest problem solutions from the field.
Our software quality assurance policy is
to fix all potential software defects for the
lifetime period free of charge.
This quality policy is by us understood under the term of
»Life time software warranty«.
However, a free software upgrade does not include functional
improvements or enhancements but only the maintenance of defects.
Service
Our products have by default 5-years full covering warranty.
We assure and store spare parts for the 10 years.
Our service personnel (subcontractors or representatives)
are properly educated to assist customers in case of the problems.
We demand from our service personnel to follow the same
long-term customer relationship principles as we do.
We are fully aware that only the coherent team with desire
for providing the outstanding quality and response can assure competitive
position and thus long term benefit to Mikrobit d.o.o.,
his partners and customers.
