QLTCnet program enables automatic data transfer operation from remote locations using public GSM, GPRS or private ETHERNET network. Data are saved into powerfull SQL database. Program has built-in Traffic Agent function to collect and publish actual traffic states online.

Together with QLTC-8C or QLTC-10C devices creates powerfull and modern traffic control & monitoring solution.

QLTCnet program is combination of desktop and rich internet application with built in application server. There is no need for 3rd party components like IIS or Apache, what makes installation and maintenance as simple as possible. Program can runs on average windows xp machine or on powerfull high-performance server.
